Kendall and Lyndonville duos head the Hub’s All Orleans County girls basketball team

Kendall and Lyndonville have both placed two players on the first team of the Hub’s All Orleans County girls basketball squad.

Kendall is represented by seniors Libby Snyder and Alezya Brown.

Lyndonville has placed seniors Karlee Rounds and Ella Lewis.

Rounding out the first team are Albion senior Abby Scanlan and Medina junior Rylee VanNostrand, who is the team’s sixth man.

Snyder scored 273 points (13.0 average) and had 263 rebounds, 107 blocks, 52 steals and 43 assists.

Brown scored 211 points (9.59 ave.) and had 182 rebounds, 64 steals and 52 asssist.

Lewis scored 286 points and had 109 steals, 103 assists and 98 rebounds. She finished with a career total of 968 points.

Rounds scored 225 points and grabbed off 136 rebounds. She finishes with career totals of 434 points and 317 rebounds.

Scanlan scored 212 points (10.6 ave.) and VanNostrand 189 points (11.0 ave).

Earning Honorable Mention is the quintet of Lyndonville junior Lorelei Dillenbeck, Holley sophomore Samantha Bates, Kendall senior Julia Szczepanski, Albion senior Sydney Mulka and Albion sophomore Madison Hughson.
