Kendall and Holley girls score soccer wins

Kendall defeated HAC 5-1 in a non league girls soccer game this afternoon and Holley nipped Alexander 1-0 in a Genesee Region League contest.

Hailee Mitchell had 3 goals for Kendall which improves to 6-3 as Grace Levett and Alezya Brown both netted one. Brown also had 2 assists.

Julia Smith scored the lone goal for Holley as Sarah Klatt earned the shutout.

Girls Volleyball

Kendall 25-25-21-25, Northstar 19-23-25-22

Kendall bested Northstar in four sets in a non league match as Autumn Woodward had 17 digs and 5 kills; Jessica Coble went 23-23 from the service line with 5 aces, and 10 digs; Brittney Marks added 11 digs, 10 assists, 4 aces, and 3 kills; Jenna Regan 7 kills and 10 digs and Harley Faro 14 digs.

Oakfield-Alabama/Elba 25-25-25, Lyndonville 21-22-21

Brianna Smith had 14 kills, Megan Johnson 14 assists and Leah Bezon 4 kills and 3 aces to lead Oakfield-Alabama/Elba to a straight wet win over Lyndonville which had Hannah Despard with 16 digs and Alecia Hinkson 10 kills and 8 digs.

Wilson 27-25-25, Newfane 25-15-17

Wilson evened its Niagara-Orleans League record with a three set win over rival Newfane (1-4) as Maddy Seeley had 13 assists and 6 aces, Izzy Dinse 3 kills and 3 blocks and Anna Frerichs 7 digs.
