Kendall and Holley boys score victories
Kendall opened Genesee Region League boys basketball competition with a narrow 49-48 win at Pembroke this evening.
A three by Noah Morehouse in the final minute proved to be the game winner for the Eagles.
Jonas Rhodes led Kendall with 23 as Morehouse had 10 and William Kludt 7.
Kendall led 32-23 at the half but Pembroke rallied with a big 18-9 third period scoring edge to knot the contest at 41-41 heading into the decisive final period.
Holley 64, Perry 54
Holley bested visiting Perry 64-54 in a non league contest as Destin Kuyal scored 29, Vinny Golisano 17, Avante Walker 9 and Josh Silpoch 7.
