Kendall and Holley bow in volleyball matches

Pembroke outlasted host Kendall 25-12, 20-25, 19-25, 25-12, 25-16 in a Genesee Region League volleyball match this afternoon.

Dekari Moss had 15 kills and 14 digs,  Olivia Mets 22 assists,  Emma Gutowski 11 digs and  Allie Schwerthaffer 16 digs for Pembroke.

For Kendall, Brittney Marks had a career high 35 digs to go along with 13 assists, 7 aces, and 7 kills.  Brianna Drennan added 22 digs, Lauren Pilon 12 digs and 6 kills, and Autumn Woodward 7 kills, 9 digs, and 2 aces.

In a non league match, Pavilion downed host Holley 28-26, 25-13, 25-18.

Ava Parr had 4 kills and 3 aces, Jade Hoffarth 3 kills and 1 ace, Alexis Clemons 2 kills, Adriana Botello 6 assists and Rachael Howard 11 digs for Holley.

Holley’s Ashleigh Boyce digs to make a service return as Ava Parr and Jade Hoffarth support. The action took place during the Lady Hawks home court loss to Pavilion this morning.
