Kendall 17U tops Greece Gladiators
A fast start and a strong finish earned the Kendall 17U team a 16-10 victory over the Greece Gladiators in a Monroe County Baseball Region game Tuesday evening.
Kendall erupted for 7 quick runs in the first inning as Jonas Rhodes had a two-run single and Jonny Conte, Colby Hughes, Louis Conte and CJ D’Agostino all had RBI singles.
A 5 run sixth inning later locked up the win as Gavin Braun, Gio Rodriguez and Jimmie Swift all had RBI singles.
Jonny Conte, D’Agostino and Louis Conte all finished with a pair of hits.
Improving to 4-2, Kendall next hosts the HFL Cougars at 6 this evening.
