Holley youth wrestling club season upcoming
The Holley Youth Wrestling Club will begin its season on Monday, February 27, at the Holley Elementary School Intermediate Gym, for any Holley Central School District students in grades K-8. The Holley wrestling coaching staff along with several Holley Club Coaches and members of the high school team will be assisting.
Registration will be held on the 27th, from 5:45 – 6:00pm. Students in grades K-8 will register and practice in the Holley Intermediate Gym. All parents must attend registration to fill out the proper information needed. Practice will start that evening immediately following registration for each group.
Basic wrestling techniques, drills, intra-contests, physical fitness, fun, sportsmanship, and participation will all be taught and stressed at each session. The club will meet every Monday and Tuesday evening through the month of March.
