Holley nets key win over Attica

Staying in the thick of the title chase, Holley posted a key 4-1 victory over visiting Attica this afternoon to improve to 9-2 in Genesee Region League tennis competition.

Three sets wins by Pablo Romero at second singles and Cameron Bennage at third singles highlighted the Hawks victory.

Holley also got straight set wins by Brady Smith at first singles and by the second doubles team of Derek McArthur and Jake DeSimone.

In one other Niagara-Orleans League match, Akron improved to 9-3 by blanking Roy-Hart (2-10) 5 1/2-0.
