Holley matmen score narrow win
Lyndonville downs Kendall
Holley nipped host Attica 34-33 on a criteria decision this evening in a Genesee Region League wrestling match.
The Hawks claimed the narrow victory on the basis of a 3-2 advantage in pins over the Blue Devils, an advantage which snapped a 33-33 deadlock.
Zach Day, Cameron Thorn and Austen Vroman all registered pins for Holley which also got decision wins by Nate Schoonmaker, Chris Yockel and Braxton Leary-Hart.
In another G-R match, Lyndonville defeated host Kendall 49-27.
Pins by Alex Doran and Cullen Heveron highlighted the victory for the Tigers as Scott Smith and Tom Follman both added decision wins.
Paul Urguhart had a decision win for Kendall.
