Holley man faces numerous charges after allegedly driving motorcycle 120 mph with 9-year-old

ALBION – A Holley man faces numerous charges after allegedly driving recklessly on a motorcycle with a 9-year-old child, Undersheriff Chris Bourke reported today.

Hector Savage, 32, of West Albion Street was observed by Deputy M. Stirk traveling east on a motorcycle at speeds approaching 120 miles per hour on Aug. 19.

Savage had a 9-year old child on the back of the motorcycle during this incident. Savage was charged with speeding, uninspected motor vehicle, operating without insurance, no license plate, unregistered motor vehicle, unlicensed operation, operating without proper license class, reckless driving, and a Penal Law Misdemeanor of endangering the welfare of a child.

Savage was released on appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Albion Court. Deputy Tooley and State Trooper Bentley assisted with this arrest, Bourke said.
