Holley man charged with felony DWI after fatal accident in Clarkson
CLARKSON – A Holley man has been charged with felony driving while intoxicated after an Irondequoit woman was killed in an accident on West Ridge Road on Saturday night.
Adam A. Foss, 43, of Holley was driving a pickup that collided with a sport utility vehicle operated by Sierra S. Gaddy, 24.
Gaddy was westbound and was attempting to pass other westbound vehicles just before 9:45 p.m., the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office reported. She ran into Foss’s eastbound pickup truck.
Gaddy was pronounced dead at the scene while Foss was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital with minor injuries.
The Sheriff’s Office said Gaddy was at fault for crossing into the oncoming lane, WROC in Rochester reported.
