Holley/Lyndonville preps for season
Photos by Cheryl Wertman – Like their counterparts around the state the Holley/Lyndonville varsity football season began fall preseason practice this week. Here the Hawks offense gets set to run a play during Wednesday’s practice at Lyndonville. The Hawks are holding practice sessions at both Lyndonville and Holley.
Shown here running a play the Hawks will compete in a scrimmage at Red Jacket on August 29 before hosting Avon in the scheduled season opener on September 12. The Hawks currently have a seven game schedule but an eighth game may be added for the weekend of September 4-5.
