Holley, Lyndonville post softball wins

Holley defeated Byron-Bergen 13-7 and Lyndonville trimmed Wheatland-Chili 12-9 today in Genesee Region League softball action.

Hannah Biedlingmaier had 4 hits for Holley as Madison Papaj, Ryley O’Mara and Brooklyn Bartholomew each added 2.

Kassandra Norman picked up the win in the circle striking out 9.

Lyndonville snapped a 9-9 deadlock by scoring three times in the sixth inning to edge past Wheatland-Chili.

A two-run double by Lisa Boyce highlighted that decisive uprising.

Boyce also had an RBI triple in the fourth inning and Aubrey Lewis added a pair of hits as the Lady Tigers stay perfect at 6-0 in G-R competition.
