Holley-Kendall matmen rally to nip Brighton

A pair of late pins earned Holley-Kendall a 44-33 non league wrestling win over Brighton this evening at Kendall.

Trailing 33-32, Holley-Kendall rallied into the lead for good at 38-33 on a pin of 1:12 by Cade Aina and then to lock up the victory on a pin of 1:46 by Jeremy Browe to make the final 44-33.

Dylan Spellan and Frank Flynn also both had pins and Erik Balys a technical fall victory for Holley-Kendall which also got key decision wins by Hunter McLean 1-0, Brandon Gardner 8-6 in overtime and Jayden Pieniaszek.
