Holley-Kendall, Lyndonville and Albion have winners at wrestling tournaments

Holley-Kendall had two individual weight class champions crowned and Lyndonville one at the Perry Wrestling Tournament today.

William Kruger won at 152 and Hunter Jewell-Smith at 285 for Holley-Kendall.

Kruger scored a 19-1 technical fall win over James Patanella from Caledonia-Mumford in his title bout.

Jewell-Smith scored a quick 47 second pin over Colin Kazmierczak from LeRoy in the finals.

Holley-Kendall also had Jayden Rivera place fourth at 101 and Jared Ostrander fourth at 190.

Ty Holmes captured the 124 lb. title for Lyndonville. He earned his milestone 100th career win in the quarterfinals and then pinned Alan Gray from Letchworth in 2:23 in the finals for his 102nd victory.

Lyndonville also had Shannon Withey place second at 145, Chanse Amsdill third at 108 and Justin Holmes fourth at 116.

Albion has winner at Red Jacket Tourney
Stryker Sanders captured the 101 lb. title for Albion at the Red Jacket Tournament today as he scored a technical fall 16-1 win over his Purple Eagles teammate Justin Mengs in the finals.

Albion also had Drake Schomske place second at 108 and Jaxon Lynch third at 145.
