Holley, Kendall athletes earn G-R honors
All-Stars in cross-country, volleyball and football

Holley’s duo of Martin Beadle and Emily Radford have earned Genesee Region League All-Star cross-country honors. Beadle went on to finish second in the Section V Class C race.

Kendall’s Caelan Welch, who has earned G-R League cross-country All-Star honors, placed fourth at the G-R/Livingston County all-League meet and sixth at the Section V Class DD race. It marked the second year in a row that he has placed at the sectionals.

Kendall senior Shauna Ricker has earned G-R League volleyball All-Star honors. Playing the libero position she helped lead the Lady Eagles to the G-R Division II championship and a sixth seed for the Section V Class DDD playoffs.

Holley High senior Corey Winter has earned G-R League All-Star football honors as a punter. Winter, a two-year varsity starter, played running back and linebacker and averaged 44 yards as a punter.
