Holley girls blank Pembroke in G-R soccer
Seven players contributed goals as Holley blanked Pembroke 10-0 this evening to improve to 7-1-1 in Genesee Region League girls soccer competition.
Sam Bates had 3 goals and Jailyn Bishop 2 for Holley as Emma Brady, Alivia Wolf, Alyssa Wright, Caitlin Dobri and Bella Thom each added one. Bates and Bishop also both had a pair of assists.
In another G-R game, Wheatland-Chili downed Lyndonville/Barker 9-0.
In a non league contest, Attica blanked visiting Albion 3-0.
Akron 6, Medina 0
Akron evened its Niagara-Orleans League record at 3-3 with s 6-0 win over Medina.
Katie Leeds scored 2 goals for Akron as Maggie Middaugh, Sophia Janik, Gracie Leiker and Grace Stewart each netted one.
