Holley duo earns All-State soccer honors

Capping off a record breaking season the Holley girls varsity soccer team has had two players earn Class C All-State honors.
Senior midfielder Samantha Bates has been named to the first team and senior midfielder Emma Brady to the fourth team.
Both players are three-time Genesee Region League All-Star honorees who helped lead Holley to the state semifinals for the first time in school history.
Bates had 29 goals and 10 assists on the season and finishes her five year varsity career with over 100 goals.
Brady, who is also a five year varsity player, had 9 goals and 9 assists this season.
Wilson eighth grader Addison Elia has been named to the Class C All-State third team.
Elia, who helped lead Wilson to the Niagara-Orleans League title, had a league high 29 goals and 10 assists. She was named the N-O Player of the Year.
