Rebounding from a 2-0 deficit, Holley battled back to tie host rival Kendall 2-2 in double overtime in a Genesee Region League boys soccer game this afternoon.

Kendall, which was celebrating Homecoming, jumped out to the 2-0 lead on a pair of goals by Jake Adams the first coming with 28:31 to go in the opening half off an assist from Jesus Aquirre, and the second early in the second half.

Holley though came rallying back as Antonio Puente scored off an assist from Bailey Schubmehl and then Chris Balys netted the equalizer with just 3:30 to go in the second half.

Neither team could find the net in the two 10 minute overtime periods.

Holley is now 4-1-1 in the league and 6-2-1 overall while Kendall is 1-2-1 and 3-3-1 overall.
