The host Hawks earned a split today during Holley’s Homecoming varsity soccer contests.

The Holley girls blanked Pembroke 2-0 in a Genesee Region League game on a pair of second half goals by Sam Barniak to improve to 2-3-1.

However, the Holley boys dropped a narrow 1-0 G-R League decision to Wheatland-Chili as a lone first half goal provided the margin of victory for the visitors.

The Hawks are now 2-1-1 in the league and 5-1-1 overall.
