Holley ‘9’ posts win over LeRoy
Holley used a two-run sixth inning scoring burst to earn a 4-2 victory over LeRoy this afternoon in the Hawks season opening non league baseball game.
The Hawks combined an RBI single by Sammy Lammes and a bases loaded walk in the sixth for the margin of victory. Lammes had 2 hits and 2 RBIs on the day.
Dylan Hillabush picked up the win on the mound for the Hawks allowing 3 hits and striking out 11 in 6 innings of work.
