The National Weather Service has issued a high wind watch for Orleans County on Saturday from 1 to 10 p.m. The watch also includes Niagara, Monroe, Erie, Genesee, Wyoming and Chautauqua counties.

There will be southwesterly winds from 35 to 45 miles per hour with gusts up to 65 mph possible, the Weather Service said.

On Friday the temperature is forecast for a high of 48, and then goes up to 66 on Saturday. Sunday is forecast to be sunny with a high of 42.
