Hickory Ridge leagues wind down

The Ladies Night Out League at Hickory Ridge finished up this past week with the team of Laurie Freeman and Linda Chrzan claiming first with 94 points.

Deb Wood and Jan Palmer finished in second with 90.5 points and Dona Hazen and Karen Berlew held down third with 90 points.

Wood led all scorers with a stellar 37 followed by Patty Pfister with a 42 gross and Karen Berlew with 43.  Freeman and Pfister had low net with 34 and Berlew finished net 35.

Birdies were recorded by Sue Gay, Pfizer and Freeman.

The Men’s Thursday Night Traveling League has their position round upcoming this week with the first place team of Mike Dillon and Jim Peglow squaring off against second place Chris Barry and Jake Froman.  The point totals are close at 290 to 286.

Third place is held by Scooter Burgess and Guy Eaton with 248 points just two points ahead of Wes Bedford and Zack Burgess.  Josh Bennett and Scott Budde are in fifth with 238 points.

Low gross last week was Guy Eaton with 40.  He also grabbed low net with 33.

Two newcomers to the stat sheet this past week were birdie makers Scotty Marciszewski and Donnell Holloway.
