Heat wave will continue through weekend, early next week

POINT BREEZE – A fisherman and a boater both enjoy a warm sunset last evening at Point Breeze.
The 80-degree temperatures will continue this weekend and through the beginning of next week, according to the National Weather Service in Buffalo.
Saturday is forecast to hit a high of 85 degrees with sunny weather, followed by a high near 86 on Sunday on another sunny day in Orleans County, according to the Weather Service.
Monday will also be sunny with a high near 87, followed by sunny and a high near 85 on Tuesday. Wednesday is forecast to be mostly sunny with a high near 82.
