Hawks, Silverbacks to host key games Wed.

Battling for a playoff spot Holley faces a pair of key midweek games to close out the 8 Man Football Division regular season.

Currently at 1-2, Holley will host 3-1 Pembroke at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday. The Hawks will then visit 1-2 CG Finney on Tuesday April 20.

Running back Jacob Affronti has rushed for 8 touchdowns and quarterback Destin Kuyal has passed for 3 TDs to date to lead the Holley offense.

The fledgling Roy-Hart/Barker/Lyndonville team likewise faces a pair of key regular season closing wins as the 0-3 Silverbacks seek their first victory.

The Silverbacks will host Finney at 7 p.m. Wednesday and then visit 0-3 South Seneca on April 20.

Quarterback Aidan Mescall has accounted for five touchdowns to lead the Silverbacks.

Wednesday’s other division game will have front-running Red Jacket (4-0) facing South Seneca.
