Hawks have Section V football honorees

Six Holley football players have been named to the Section V 8 Man Division All-Star first team.
Senior linebacker/quarterback Destin Kuyal, who has been named the 8 Man Division Defensive Player of the Year heads the Hawks contingent.
Kuyal passed for 1,380 yards and 27 touchdowns and also ran for 8 touchdowns.
The Hawks All-Stars also includes the senior wide receiver trio of Vinny Golisano, Mason Moyer and Jacob Pitcher along with senior running back Hunter Jewell-Smith and junior two-way lineman Kevin Robinson.
Golisano, who had 980 yards receiving and 19 touchdown receptions, played in the secondary on defense as did Moyer. Pitcher played linebacker and Jewell-Smith on the line on defense. On offense, Jewell-Smith had 750 yards rushing and 7 touchdowns.
The 8 Man Division’s Offensive Player of the Year was Pembroke running back Caleb Felski.
