Nine returnees will provide a good amount of experience for the Holley varsity baseball squad this season.
The Hawks veterans include seniors Miles Lammes (catcher), Zach Milner (pitcher), Seth Janus (first base), Heath Daly (outfield), Aidan McFadden (first base) and Ryan Blodgett (outfield) along with juniors Nolan Sullivan (third base), Brendan Trowbridge (shortstop) and Eli Long (second base).
“We’ve got a good group back and they are hitting the ball real well so we’re looking for a good season,” said Coach John Warne.
Holley, which went 5-9 in Genesee Region action last year is scheduled to open the league season April 12 at Pembroke.
