Hawks have 4 Section V football All-Stars
Holley/Lyndonville has placed four players on the Section V 8 Man Division All-Star football squad.
The Hawks are represented on the first team by junior quarterback/linebacker Destin Kuyal. He rushed for 637 yards and 10 touchdowns and passed for 546 yards and 3 TDs. On defense he made 62 tackles, 7 for losses, and had a fumble recovery.
Holley/Lyndonville is represented on the second team by senior lineman Anthony Falatto, junior running back/defensive lineman Hunter Jewell Smith and junior wide receiver/linebacker Jacob Pitcher.
Undefeated champion Pembroke has placed five players on the first team including seniors Tyson Totten (RB/LB), Jayden Mast (OL/DL) and Jeremy Gabbey (OL) along with juniors Caleb Felski (FB/LB) and Jayden Bridge (OL/DE). Totten was named Offensive Player of the Year.
The Dragons also placed three players on the second team including seniors Ben Steinberg (OL) and Sean Pustulka (DB/K) and junior Octavius Martin (OL/DL).
Cal-Mum/Byron-Bergen placed the senior trio of Damon Linzy (TE/DL), Max Wilson (TE/DL) and Anthony Leach (RB/LB) on the first team and the duo of senior Austin Pittman (QB/DB) and junior Ethan Larzelere (OL/DL) on the second team.
Rounding out the first team are seniors Caden Allen (QB/LB) and Zachary Mitchell (OL/LB) and junior Tavya MacDowell (RB/DE) from Bolivar-Richburg; seniors Micah Harshfield (QB/LB) and Matt Allen (RB/LB) from Red Jacket and sophomores Brennen Geffers (QB/DB) and Trenton Green (WR/DE) from Wellsville. Caden Allen was named Defensive Player of the Year.
