Hawks grapplers post win over Tigers

Holley-Kendall capped off the Genesee Region League wrestling season with a 66-13 win over visiting Lyndonville this evening which was highlighted by Senior Night ceremonies and a special tribute to retiring Hawks Coach John Grillo.

Frank Flynn (220) and Dylan Clemons (113) registered pins and Jayden Pieniaszek (132) and Damyan Famoly (285) added decision wins for Holley-Kendall which also benefitted from eight forfeit wins.

Chase Stinson (120) notched a pin for Lyndonville as Dylan Burt-Hodgins (145) and Rodney Davis (160) added decision wins.

The Holley-Kendall varsity ‘B’ team lost 39-24 to St. Mary’s Lancaster.
