Holley, whose varsity squad numbers only 17, will tuneup for the season by hosting a four-way scrimmage on September 4 which will include Lyons/Sodus, CG Finney and Frewsburg.

Freshman Destin Kuyal returns to the key starting quarterback position for the Hawks whose only other  experienced varsity players are juniors Hunter Kennedy, Tony Geska, Dakota Gibaud-Mastowski and Frank Galisano.

Our numbers are real small but we’ll go with what we have and do the best we can,” said Coach Wil Prince.

The Hawks home opener will be September 18 against Finney.
