Green places 4th at Jr. Qualifier Classic
Medina High junior Melanie Green tied for fourth place at the IOA Golf Classic Jr. Qualifier held this past weekend in Longwood, Florida.
Green fired a 76 during a thunderstorm plagued opening round but rebounded with a 1 under par 70 on the second day to finish with a 146 total.
The event, which was sponsored by the PKB Girls Tour, was an invitational only qualifier.
