G-R and N-O Senior games squads

Photos by Cheryl Wertman – The Genesee Region League girls team posted a 61-34 win over the Niagara-Orleans Leageue in Friday’s Exceptional Senior game at Albion. In front are Janessa Amesbury (Byron-Bergen), Addison Dillenbeck (Lyndonville), Emily Pietrzykoski (Alexander), Alivia Wolf (Holley), Seneca Calderon (Pembroke), Alea Groff (Oakfield-Alabama) and Emily Harmon (Attica). In back are Coach Rick Krzewski (Byron-Bergen), Lillian Szymkowiak (Alexander), Ava LaMay (Kendall), Sydney Reilly (Elba), Mariah Ognibene (Elba), Maddie Hall (Elba), Piper Hyde (Oakfield-Alabama), Jessica Sosnowski (Oakfield-Alabama) and Olivia Senf (Byron-Bergen). The Elba players were not able to play in the game as the Lady Lancers are playing in the Class D Far West Regional today.

In back are Sienna Bowers (Newfane), Anna Chunco (Newfane), Paige Newton (Albion), Kenzi Snook (Albion), Rachel Samson (Barker) and Honesty Hill (Medina).

 The roster for the G-R boys squad, which completed the sweep with a 94-55 win over the N-O, included, in front, Gavin Armbrewster (Oakfield-Alabama), Avery Watterson (Oakfield-Alabama), Aiden Bellavia (Notre Dame), Maykell Walker (Notre Dame), Craig DiQuattro (Byron-Bergen), Jacob Pitcher (Lyndonville) and William Kludt (Kendall). In back are Vinny Golisano (Holley), Carter Gorski (Attica), Destin Kuyal (Holley), Jayden Bridge (Pembroke), Dylan Pohl (Alexander) and Carson Warner (Oakfield-Alabama).

The N-O boys squad included, in front, Logan Murrell (Barker), Owen Harris (Barker) and Colton Frerichs (Wilson). In back are Isaac Monaco (Barker), Erique Powell (Roy-Hart), Dan Aquilina (Roy-Hart), Braden Ricker (Roy-Hart), Cole Callard (Medina), Isaiah Riley (Albion) and Kyle Radder (Albion).
