Frost advisory issued for Orleans again tonight

For the second straight day, the National Weather Service in Buffalo has issued an overnight frost advisory for Orleans County.

The advisory is in effect from 11 p.m. today to 9 a.m. on Wednesday. Besides Orleans, the advisory includes Niagara, Monroe, Wayne, northern Cayuga, northern Erie, Genesee, Livingston and Ontario counties.

The temperatures are forecast to fall to the mid-30s and the chilly temperatures may damage tender spring vegetation.
