Flood warning issued for Orleans County this morning

The National Weather Service in Buffalo has issued a flood warming for small streams and urban areas in Orleans, Niagara and Erie counties until 9 a.m. this morning.
Heavy rain will cause flooding of low spots and small streams, the Weather Service said. Small streams and creeks may exceed their banks.
Up to 2 inches of rain has fallen in some areas with another inch possible, the Weather Service said.
