MURRAY – A fire Friday night destroyed a trailer home in Murray at 27 Skyline Circle.

Firefighters from the Murray Joint Fire District were dispatched to the scene at 9:01 p.m.

“When the first unit went on scene the trailer was fully engulfed in flames,” said Harris Reed, the district fire chief. “The crews evacuated the nearby trailer due to the heavy fire load.”

Additional manpower were called from Clarendon, Brockport, Hamlin, Kendall, Albion and Monroe Ambulance. There were no reported injuries and the cause of the fire is under investigation.

“Thank you to the Holley Volunteer Fire Company’s support group who assisted the firefighters with warm refreshments,” Reed said. “Thank you to all the men and women of the Murray Joint Fire District and surrounding departments who assisted at last night’s fire.”
