Fike to play baseball at NCCC

Medina High senior Zach Fike has signed a letter of intent to continue his education and his baseball career at Niagara County Community College.
Fike earned first team Niagara-Orleans League and All-Western New York honors this past spring as he helped hurl and hit the Mustangs to both league and sectional titles.
A three year varsity starter, he earned 8 wins on the mound striking out 79 in 51 innings of work.
At the plate he hit .467 with 8 doubles, 1 triple, 2 home runs and 31 runs batted in.
