Elba tops Albion; Barker nips Holley
Elba bested visiting Albion 47-37 and Barker edged past host Holley 58-56 this evening in a non league games.
Jon Boyce scored a game high 18 points and Ben Pflaumer netted 14 to set the pace for the Lancers which led by margins of 11-3 after one period, 21-13 at the half and 37-22 at the three-quarter mark.
Liam Ward and Deyonci Farley both scored 12 to lead Albion as Bryce Pritchard added 7.
Albion next visits Maryvale on Friday in another non league contest.
A basket by Austin Sullivan in the final half minute provided the margin of victory for Barker. Sullivan finished with 15 as Dan Ober added 13 and Malik Smith 11 for the Raiders.
Pat Bower scored a game high 22 and Andrew Moseman netted 11 for Holley.
Barker held a slender 29-27 lead at the half.
