Elba spikers rally past Lyndonville
Elba rebounded from an opening set loss to defeat Lyndonville 16-25, 25-15, 25-14, 25-15 in a Genesee Region League volleyball match this evening.
Jackie Mack had 10 kills, 8 digs, 4 aces and 6 blocks; Ashlee Stephens 4 aces, 3 kills, 5 digs, 13 assists and 4 blocks; Alyssa Prine 3 aces, 3 kills and 3 digs; Katelynn Breeze 6 kills and 6 digs and Elena Barry 3 aces and 7 digs for Lyndonville.
The Tigers are seeded No. 8 for the upcoming sectionals and will face No. 9 Hammondsport in the opening round on October 25 at a site to be determined.
