The host Eagles blanked Rochester Prep 7-0 and Holley nipped Albion 1-0 in the semifinals of the Kendall boys soccer tournament today.

Kendall will now face rival Holley in the championship game and Albion will take on Rochester Prep in the consolation contest both at 5 p.m. Friday.

Kendall raced out to a commanding 5-0 first half lead on goals by Jonathan Esposito, Brandon Barrett, Colby Hughes, Vinnie D’Agostino and Pablo Rosario-Reyes.

Noah Morehouse and Aidan Kwiatkowski tacked on second half goals for the Eagles.

A goal in the first seven minutes by Chris Mosier on a breakaway proved to be just enough scoring for Holley.

Albion goalie Adrian Figueroa-Fuentes stopped a penalty shot in the first five minutes and then made several more big saves the rest of the way to keep it a tight 1-0 game.

Holley’s Chris Mosier, who scored the lone goal, heads to the goal as Jayden Lewis defends for Albion.
