The 10u Roy-Hart Dynamites baseball team went 2-2 this past weekend in the Orchard Park Little League Tournament.

The Dynamites started off with a 12-7 loss to EMW Tribe then won the next two pool play games with a 14-2 win against Cayuga Heat and a 9-3 win against WNY Prospects.  They lost a close quarter final game to the number one seeded team, the Hamburg Dawgs 6-7.

The Dynamites were lead by pitchers  Brody Fry, Jax Brinley and Sean Mettler.

The Dynamites started strong with a 3-0 lead over the Dawgs.  In the bottom of the first, Hamburg scored to make it a 3-1 lead by the Dynamites only to relinquish it to being down 6-3 entering the top of the 6th.

Battling back in the sixth, Sean Mettler beat out an infield hit followed by Nate Gibson reaching on an error,  Brody Fry then hit a triple to plate the two runs to make it a one run ball game and Riley Culver hit a sacrifice fly to left field to score the tying run.  Nick Bucholtz had a single with two outs, John Peracciny cracked a double but the go ahead run was thrown out at the plate to end the inning.

The Dawgs had last ups and managed to score to win the game.
