Dynamites bats go quiet in tourney loss
Stymied on just three hits, the Dynamites 16U Travel team dropped a 3-1 decision to the Surge in a Lou Gehrig Iron Horse Tournament game today at Amherst.
Trailing 2-0, the Dynamites scored once in the bottom of the fourth on a walk, a double by Brody Fry and an error but could not cross home plate again.
Evan Poeller and Tyler Kroening had the only other hits for the Dynamites which are now 3-2.
Interestingly the Dynamites will get a chance to avenge that loss in their next game as they visit the Surge on Tuesday.
