Ducks stole the show with crowd gathered to see comet

POINT BREEZE – These ducks are munching on algae last night at Point Breeze. The sun had set and the colorful sky is reflected in the water.
There was a crowd at the harbor, many of them stargazers hoping to see the Comet NEOWISE. I hung around for a while with my youngest daughter but didn’t see the comet.
The mother duck and youngsters delighted the crowd, many with cameras at the ready.
The forecast the next three days includes partly sunny with a high of 81 today, followed by a high of 84 on Wednesday with a chance of showers and thunderstorms. Thursday will reach 82 with a chance of showers and thunderstorms after 2 p.m.
