Division leading Akron stickmen down Medina
Front-running Akron downed visiting Medina 17-5 this afternoon to improve to 7-0 in Class D Division lacrosse competition.
Akron held leads of 3-1 after the first quarter, 7-3 at the half and 12-5 at the three-quarter mark.
Josh Wilson and Cayden Lilleby each scored 2 goals and Zaric Boyce 1 for Medina which is now 2-5 in division play.
The Mustangs next visit Eden on Tuesday.
