Deep freeze to follow big snowfall

After a big snowfall Monday and last night the area should brace for a wind chill in the single digits.

The National Weather Service in Buffalo said unseasonably cold air will enter the region today and tonight.

Today there will be a high near 24 before temperatures plummeting to a low of 13 tonight with another 1 to 2 inches of snow possible.

On Wednesday, it will be sunny with a high of 24 and a low of 20 on Wednesday night.

Thursday and Friday are both forecast for highs of 37.
