CSAT downs Barker ‘9’ in non league game

CSAT bested a short handed Barker squad 17-4 this afternoon in a non league baseball game.

Barker, which was without two of its top three pitchers due to illness, trailed by only a 5-2 margin after four innings. However, CSAT scored 2 in the fifth and 10 in the sixth to pul away.

Cole Hanssen pitched the first four innings for Barker striking out 6 and allowing only one earned run.

Jaret Black had an RBI double for Barker which also got hits from Logan Harris and Aidan Voss.

Medina hosts softball scrimmage
In a six inning softball scrimmage at Vets Park, Camri King had a solo home run for Medina which dropped a narrow 4-3 decision to Iroquois.
