Collins will visit local campground today that has been flooded by Lake Ontario

CARLTON – U.S. Representative Chris Collins (R-Clarence) will inspect Lake Ontario property damage at the Green Harbor Campground & Marina in Carlton today.

Collins will tour the marina and discuss actions being taken at the federal level to provide impacted communities with financial relief, according to a news release from his office.

Collins will join Orleans County officials to inspect property damage at the campground on Lakeshore Road near Yates. State Sen. Rob Ortt, Assemblyman Steve Hawley and Assembly Michael Norris also are expected to visit Green Harbor today.

Following a damage inspection, the congressman will discuss his work in coordination with local leaders, federal agencies, and the Trump Administration to repeal Plan 2014, reform the International Joint Commission, and deliver financial relief to impacted lakeshore communities.
