Channel Cats score sweep over Seahorses

Having already put a lock on the title, the Roy-Hart girls swim team stayed unbeaten at 9-0 with a 108-62 victory over host Medina this afternoon.

Amanda Hill doubled in the 200 Free and 100 Butterfly and Kayla Hagen in the 100 Free and 100 Backstroke to lead the way for Roy-Hart which also had Madison Ohol take the 200 Individual Medley and Jordyn Bobzien the 500 Free.

Hagen and Hill also teamed up with Holly DiMayo and Kennedy Lang to win the 200 Medley Relay and with Ohol and Alexandra Fox to take the 400 Free Relay.

Hannah Heil won the 50 Free and Gracie Cogovan the 100 Breaststroke for Medina which slips to 4-5.

The Seahorses also took the 200 Free Relay with the foursome of Olivia Carter, Rebecca Lunden, Amanda Woodruff and Heil.

The Roy-Hart boys squad completed the sweep by downing Medina 95-75 to improve to 7-2.

William Rickard doubled in the 50 Free and 100 Free and Michael Miller took the 100 Butterfly for the Channel Cats.

Rickard, Ozzy Moore and Matt Scott also teamed up with Noah Hardy to win the 200 Free Relay and with Miller to take the 400 Free Relay.

August Pietrafesa doubled in the 200 Free and 500 Free for Medina as Ray Paull took the 200 Individual Medley, Hunter Heil the Backstroke and Isaac Pace the Breaststroke.

Pietrafesa, Paull, Heil and Pace also combined to win the 200 Medley Really for the Seahorses which are now 5-4.
