Carlton tips Rotary in Midget League contest
Carlton edged Rotary/Elks 5-4 Saturday in a Albion Midget League game.
Luke Bedford went the distance on the mound for Carlton registering 11 strikeouts.
At the plate, Bedford and Caden Woolston each had a hit and 2 RBIs.
Evan Coots hit a home run and Rocco Sidari banged out a triple for Rotary/Elks.
Sidari also had 9 strikeouts in 4 innings of work on the mound and Coots 5 strikeouts in 2 innings.
