Byron-Bergen spikers top Kendall

Front-running Byron-Bergen posted a straight set 25-16, 25-4, 25-12 victory over Kendall this evening to improve to 6-0 in Genesee Region League volleyball competition and 7-1 overall.

Kauren Burke had 8 service aces, 5 spiking kills, 5 assists and 3 digs; Catherine Brumsted 3 aces, 2 kills and 4 assists; Stephanie Buell 4 kills and 1 ace and Madison Farnsworth 6 digs and 2 aces to lead the way for Byron-Bergen.

Lexi Payton had 5 kills and 7 digs for Kendall which is now 5-3.

Holley 25-25-25, W-C 14-5-6
Holley improved to 3-7 by scoring a 25-14, 25-5, 25-6 G-R victory over Wheatland-Chili.

Ava Kohut had 10 aces, Jennah McMillion 6 aces and Helana McLean 5 aces to spark the Lady Hawks.

In another G-R match, Pembroke downed Lyndonville 25-11, 25-14, 25-22.
