Brush fire near railroad tracks in Albion put out

ALBION – Albion firefighters put out a brush fire at the corner of McKinstry Street and Crimson Drive this afternoon. Taylor Holland is in front with the hose with AJ Fisher behind him.
Firefighters were dispatched to the scene near the railroad tracks at 3:35 p.m. There were flames in the grass with smoke spewing.
Firefighters aren’t sure what caused the fire. There are currently dry conditions on the ground and the fire may have been caused by combustion.
