Brilliant rainbow emerges after evening rain
A spectacular rainbow wowed many people in Orleans County this evening. Adam Krenning took this photo of the rainbow on Knowlesville Road, framed between two silos on Ken Knight’s farm.

The temperatures will take a plunge after three days in the high 80s. It will drop to 65 tonight followed by a high of 71 on Thursday, a high of 77 on Friday and then it’s back in the 80s on Saturday with a high of 82. Sunday is forecast for a high of 84 followed by 86 on Labor Day.
